The development status of China's machinery processing industry

At the same time as the energy intensity dropped significantly, the total energy consumption of the manufacturing industry in 2015 increased by 2.45 times compared with 2010, and the dependence on oil consumption was close to 50%. Casting is an important support for the machinery industry

As we all know, casting is one of the important basic processes in industrial production, and it has the reputation of “the mother of industry”. The data shows that in 2016, the total output of various types of castings in China was 47.2 million tons. From the change of casting material structure, in 2016, aluminum alloy castings increased by 13.11%, ductile iron castings increased by 4.76%, and aluminum (magnesium) alloy castings accounted for 14.6%. According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, in 2016, among the 64 major mechanical products, there were 41 kinds of production growth. The changes in automobile production and structure have a great impact on the demand for castings. Among them, automotive castings account for nearly one-third. It can be seen that the level of foundry industry has become an important indicator of the level of manufacturing in a country.
